2. No Cancellations After Service Commencement

After a project has commenced or services have been provided, cancellations will not be accepted. Our team starts working immediately upon confirmation of your project, and cancellations would cause significant disruption in our workflow. Therefore, cancellations are not allowed once work has begun.

3. Service Delivery and Satisfaction

We strive to deliver exceptional marketing services. In the event that the service fails to meet the agreed standards or expectations, clients can raise concerns within 7 days of receiving the service. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide corrections within a reasonable period.

If, after correction, the service is still not satisfactory, and we cannot resolve the issue, we may, at our discretion, consider providing partial compensation or a refund, but only in exceptional cases. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution to any issues.

4. Dispute Resolution and Consumer Protection Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, if there is a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues. If the issue cannot be resolved amicably, clients have the right to seek remedies under the law, including approaching the Consumer Forum.

In cases of unsatisfactory service or a breach of contract, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly.

5. Force Majeure Clause

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or any other situation that prevents us from delivering our services on time, we will not be held liable for any delays. Clients will be notified promptly, and we will work together to find a solution to reschedule or deliver the service once conditions permit.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated policy will be applicable from the date of publication.
