Once a payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where:
The service is not delivered as agreed upon.
The service is found to be defective or unsatisfactory.
The work is significantly delayed, beyond the agreed-upon timeline, without reasonable cause or prior notice.
We highly recommend discussing any concerns or questions regarding the scope of work or services before making a payment to avoid misunderstandings.
After a project has commenced or services have been provided, cancellations will not be accepted. Our team starts working immediately upon confirmation of your project, and cancellations would cause significant disruption in our workflow. Therefore, cancellations are not allowed once work has begun.
We strive to deliver exceptional marketing services. In the event that the service fails to meet the agreed standards or expectations, clients can raise concerns within 7 days of receiving the service. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide corrections within a reasonable period.
If, after correction, the service is still not satisfactory, and we cannot resolve the issue, we may, at our discretion, consider providing partial compensation or a refund, but only in exceptional cases. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution to any issues.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, if there is a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues. If the issue cannot be resolved amicably, clients have the right to seek remedies under the law, including approaching the Consumer Forum.
In cases of unsatisfactory service or a breach of contract, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or any other situation that prevents us from delivering our services on time, we will not be held liable for any delays. Clients will be notified promptly, and we will work together to find a solution to reschedule or deliver the service once conditions permit.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated policy will be applicable from the date of publication.

All payments made for paid strategy calls or consultation calls are non-refundable.
These calls are intended only for businesses and individuals who meet our internal eligibility and qualification criteria. If, after reviewing your information, we determine that your business does not align with our services, minimum requirements, or strategic focus, DDSKY reserves the right to cancel the call at its sole discretion.
In such cases:
The call will be canceled.
No refund will be provided for the paid strategy or consultation call.
This applies even if the cancellation happens before the scheduled call time.
The purpose of the paid call is to evaluate fit, strategy, and feasibility. Payment confirms your understanding that the call is for assessment and not a guaranteed service engagement.
By booking and paying for a strategy or consultation call, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
